But finish up the night with the Red Velvet Cake. It is fantasgreat. It has white-chocolate curls pressed into the vanilla bean cream cheese frosting and is drizzled with a vanilla bean sauce.
I love RVC but it can sometimes be so disappointing. But this one is moist and delicious and rich and satisfying. Were you bummed when you learned that RVC is red because of insane amounts of red food coloring inside and not some exotic flavoring profile? I was. But I still want to eat it every day.
